Lucky Dip

A full lucky-dip campaign for Archie's and Uber Eats. A 3D prize wheel built from a one word brief and spun out across social, animation and email.

The brief was one word: lucky dip. Everything else was ours to build. So we took it and ran. Turning a BOGOF burger promo into a full campaign fronted by a custom 3D prize wheel, loaded with Archie's burgers and glowing like a fairground at night. Static posts, animated spots and an email drop, all pulling in the same direction: spin the wheel, chance your luck, claim your burger. From a single word to a campaign across every format your customer scrolls through.

Concept / Creative Direction

With a brief this open, the idea was everything. "Lucky dip" pointed us straight at the fairground, chance, spin, prize. So we built a prize wheel and made it the hero. Then came the smart bit: we built it in 3D, not 2D. That gave us the one thing flat design never could, every angle, on demand. A top down spin for stories, a three quarter hero for the feed, a dramatic low angle for the vertical. One wheel, shot from wherever each format needed it, all perfectly on brand in Archie's electric pink. That's the versatility 3D buys you, and it's why the campaign felt custom made for every placement instead of squeezed to fit.

Promo Assets

The wheel came to life across the whole social set. Three static images, each framed to its format, and three animated versions with the wheel spinning, built to catch the eye mid scroll and land the offer in a second: buy one, get one free. The burgers were shot on camera and dropped into the 3D scene, so every segment looked good enough to order right there and then. Loud, glossy and built to work just as hard in paid as they did organic.

Email

Then we carried it into the inbox. We designed the full promo email to match the campaign beat for beat, the wheel up top, the offer front and centre, then a run through the burgers on the menu, styled to make you hungry before you'd finished scrolling. One consistent world from the first social post to the final call to action, and it worked. The offer smashed its targets, which, for a smash-burger brand, felt about right.
